Jr. Lynx Dream Team
In partnership with United Healthcare, the Lynx sign 12 honorary team members to their Jr. Wolves Dream Team each year. This program builds confidence, passion for the game, and mentorship to its members.
Education Station

Inspiring Woman of the Game
As part of the Inspiring Women Platform, the Lynx honor women througout Minnesota who inspire, motivate, and incourage others through their leadership.
Back-to-School Shopping
In partnership with DICK'S Sporting Goods, the Lynx provide a back-to-school shopping experience for youth in our community. Each child receives a gift card to use for shopping, along with a backpack full o school supplies.
Career Development Training Camp
The Career Development Training Camp, powered by Pentair, is designed to empower, educate, and inspire minority college students with actionable insights from established professionals on how to secure and sustain long term career success in the workplace.
